In 2020 the usually two-day festival will be packed into a lively two-hour virtual event with celebrated speakers and chefs and a Virtual Vegan Marketplace! Speakers livestream will be on Saturday, October 24, 2020, starting at 10 a.m. here on our Home page, and on the BVS Facebook page.
2020 marks the 25 year anniversary of the Boston Veg Food Fest—the longest-running festival of its kind in the country! This is a special year for us, and we celebrate with an all-star roster of the most prominent experts in the world of plant-based nutrition and sustainable, animal-friendly living. Tune in for concise, lively sharing of their wisdom.
Our Virtual Vegan Marketplace brings together vendors of delicious plant-based foods, fashion, and lifestyle products from national and local companies. You will find an array of healthy and nutritious foods, convenience and transition foods, party foods, and international cuisines. Visitors to the online marketplace can explore a wide variety of eatables, clothing, accessories, and personal care products—all from plant sources—that are good for people and friendly to animals and the environment. Browse and shop all in one place, and get some nice festival special discounts! Our nonprofit friends will be there, too!
