Information for Sponsors & Exhibitors 2020

Dear Friends,

We invite you to our Virtual Vegan Marketplace!

October 24, 2020, will mark the 25 year anniversary of the Boston Veg Food Fest. We will have a roster of renowned speakers, and our Marketplace will allow vendors to showcase their vegan products, and nonprofits to display their campaigns and good works.

Our Virtual Vegan Marketplace will be open for close to a year directing visitors to your web platform for purchases.  A festival incentive promotion (discount, free shipping, or other offer) is recommended, but is not required, and this promotion will be functional from 10/24/2020 to 11/08/2020.

We offer this event to promote a way of eating and living that is kind to animals, the environment, and our own good health. We want to show the variety of foods, fashion, and lifestyle products free of animal ingredients that are available in the marketplace, and where to find them.

All marketplace items must be 100% free of animal ingredients (vegan). See our detailed policy at the bottom of this page.

Please read reviews from previous exhibitors and sponsors.

The Festival is presented by the all-volunteer nonprofit Boston Vegetarian Society. All Festival organizers donate their labor, time and talents.

Package descriptions and the registration form button are below. Contact us at info@BostonVeg.org with any questions.

With kind regards and anticipation,

Evelyn Kimber
Chair, Organizing Committee
